TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET PURCHASES FOR PAH – DOMINICANIA, S.A.

• Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date, during the park’s operating hours.
• Tickets are non-refundable. They may only be rescheduled by notifying at least 48 hours in advance.
• Changes due to force majeure (severe weather conditions, natural disasters, among others) may be evaluated and approved at Dominicania’s discretion.
• Transportation service must be coordinated via email or phone and will follow the schedule established by Dominicania. You are responsible for being present at the pickup point at the indicated time, usually one hour before the park entry.
• Entry with food, beverages, weapons, drugs, or dangerous objects is not allowed.
• Belongings inspection and identity verification are performed at the entrance.
• Smoking is prohibited outside of designated areas.
• Minors under 18 years old may not consume alcohol.
• All visitors must dress appropriately for a family-friendly environment. Wearing shoes, pants or shorts, and a shirt or blouse is mandatory. Entry is not allowed with clothing that promotes violence, hate, explicit or inappropriate content. Dominicania reserves the right of admission to individuals whose attire is not considered appropriate according to these rules.
